I took a bag for a backpack from the same seller, it is wonderful, neat and very spacious

When MAH turns to be a bit MEH: I ordered a black bag with particular enthusiasm because the lining in the photo is yellow. This is exactly what I wanted! Ordered on August 5, received on August 16. Much to my disappointment, the bag DID NOT HAVE A YELLOW LINING, it was just all black. On the same day I wrote to the seller asking what could be done and why this happened, why all the photos show one thing, but another comes. I addressed the shop several times, constructively in order to find any solution. More than a week passed and there was no answer. (Until today, September 1st, there is no reaction). Outrageous attitude from the seller considered to be a premium (“Plaza”) rated. Disappointment. There are no complaints about the bag itself though, high quality and good tailoring. But alas, not what I wished to receive and not what it was paid for. Purchase return. Thanks to the marketplace for resolving the issue.
